On-boarding involves familiarizing managers and workers to the Easy Busy Pets solution, data import of pet owners and their pets, setup and configuration, up until that point when the business goes live: Namely the first pet owner is booked and/or invoiced.
We support all pet care businesses. Depending on the number of categories you service, support can be very helpful to get started quickly, and in taking full advantage of the solution. This typically ranges from 2-10 hours of online sessions and phone calls.
Moving from another system, clients often need to transfer all their information. You will have the ability to choose what data you wish to retain and drop what is no longer needed. Once all the custom fields and profiles are setup on your account with us, your current records can be imported. Alternatively easily invite clients to self-register via email, which results in clients fallout out their up-to-date information.
The latter approach avoids migrating data that is out-dated and gives you the opportunity to gain new information previously not captured by the solutions you were(/are) using.
Additional fees may apply for custom migration of data from other systems. Such fees are covered by the support package.
The hosting of your website is included in the monthly subscription!
For those that already have a website, this means that if you migrate your website to Easy Busy Pets, you no longer have to pay any the fees you are paying today for your website.
