Selecting a date range scrapes your calendar (across all jobs completed or yet to be started, and employees of your business) resulting in a list of pet owner clients who owe you a payment. You are one click away from sending out all the invoices!
All invoices are automatically generated, and sent to all clients when clicking the send button. When the send out is taking place, a client receives the bill to pay on their side. Alternatively, if there is a default payment method like a credit card or ACH on client's file, then the invoice is charged as part of the send out so that the client doesn't have to do anything. Note: Your pet owner client can control this option or the manager can set the client's profile as to not auto-charge.
You may have noticed that we use different terms to refer to working with many invoices at one time versus one invoice at a time. Our system processes invoices in batches, or in bulk. Depending on your background, bulk may make more sense over batch. Both work!
