What is an active staff member?

The initial subscription includes the first user in the price (also the administrator of the account). Any additional user can have their own personal login as an active staff member with access to their own working calendar, availability, service assignments, permissions (controls on what they can do and operate), payroll, tips, and more, all unique to them.


There is a monthly fee each additional such user but please note that more than one person can log in to any such user account at any time or geographic location if they have the login credentials. 

You don't need to worry about deleting or keeping staff members when they're not actively working. You have the flexibility to pause their accounts, preserving their historical data without incurring charges. When reactivated, we calculate their usage for that month, ensuring fair billing. In the pet care industry, certain roles access the system infrequently, such as kennel cleaners or sporadic pet sitters. For these cases, we often provide free accounts tailored to your specific needs. * What is the secure storage limit?

When you build your website, share pictures and videos, get files uploaded with e-forms, it all takes up space.


We offer ample storage capacity initially, with the option to upgrade to higher tiers. Should you approach the storage limit, we will enhance your storage capacity at no additional cost multiple times, until it becomes evident that an upgraded tier would better suit your needs.

** Does the email limit affect my daily operations?

All outgoing emails contribute to your monthly limit, but the limit is only enforced for the mass email campaigns feature.


Your day-to-day operations will not be affected. In other words, if you exceed your tier's limit for outgoing email reminders and notifications in a given month, those emails will continue to be sent without interruption, and at no extra charge.

What support will I get?

Once your pet business has been onboarded, reach our Support team via email at support@easybusypets.com . We have multiple team members monitoring and this is the fastest way for us to triage and troubleshoot issues and answer questions. Also, check out our Help section!

Which types of pet services do you support?

Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Doggy Daycare, Dog Grooming Salon, Mobile Grooming, Dog Training, Cat Care, Cat Sitting, Boarding, Kennel, Poop n Scoop, Pet Transport, and Pet Wellness. In general you can book appointments that are one-time, ongoing, overnight, rooms and group events.

Is Point-Of-Sale (POS) for in-person payments supported?

Yes. Maximize your business efficiency with our payment automation features. If you operate a storefront, our POS payment terminal allows you to seamlessly manage walk-in, in-person transactions.


Our invoicing system supports multiple payment types, including cash, check, e-transfer, and more.

Is a yearly contract commitment required?

Not at all. Your Easy Busy Pets account will be billed on a month-to-month basis. Feel free to cancel at any time, without incurring any additional fees.

Is my data secure?

Can I transfer my data in?

We provide you with the option to seamlessly migrate your data at no additional cost. With extensive experience in transferring files from a variety of systems, ranging from hundreds to thousands of pet owner clients, we ensure a smooth transition. If you're transitioning from another software, you can export your client data into .csv or .xls file format. This serves as the foundation for our 2-step migration process. Initially, we meticulously clean and import your client and pet data into your new account on Easy Busy Pets. Subsequently, we initiate a mass invitation process, guiding your clients to your new pet portal and filling any gaps in their information. This approach significantly saves you valuable time.
